A member of the organization collects and spends, exchanges, and redeems this currency. To implement the process, a simulated RICDOG Central Bank has been created, which is responsible for working with the member and teaching him how to interact with money (in this case, virtual money), developing business skills, and teaching him the skills of accumulating, saving and properly managing money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank carries out the following activities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Defines risk reserves;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prints money;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accounts for the \"Ricks\" accumulated by members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publishes monthly individual and general reports;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Works with members to ensure the fulfillment of components;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implements various types of economic small programs to achieve goals;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Publishes analytics on the state of risk, forecasts, etc;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provides consultations to members on the best use or accumulation of risk;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assists members in eliminating debt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The bank is responsible for the performance of the components.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The components work to develop the following important skills, attitudes, and competencies in organizational members:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participation in fundraising;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Encouraging initiatives among members;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivating innovative thinking;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing business thinking and budgeting skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Teamwork;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Involvement in the decision-making process;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsibility for shared expenses, income control, accountability, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Rules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Members of the organization are evaluated on the 25th of each month and their activities are valued in ricks (the organization's virtual monetary unit, a \"cryptocurrency\"). The game is designed for teamwork, as the team must ensure that ricks remain stable (the starting price of ricks is 10 tetri). At the same time, the game is also individual, as all members are evaluated personally and ricks are accrued to them.
