Focus with RICDOG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Project goal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Future Focus with RICDOG<\/strong>&nbsp;aims to develop key basic competencies and personal skills of young people aged 14 to 29, as well as raise their awareness on specific topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Participation and activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the reporting period, the program hosted about 50 young people in three streams, each cycle covering the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Promoting the development of employability skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Participants learned about the requirements of the employment market, learned how to write a CV and cover letter, and improved their interview skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Self Development:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 The program focused on increasing self-esteem, strengthening leadership skills, and promoting personal growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Active communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Participants gained effective communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Duration:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each cycle of the program lasted&nbsp;<strong>3 months<\/strong>&nbsp;and was implemented several times with different topics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Main results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Participants would gain practical knowledge and skills necessary for their professional and personal development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Participants' awareness increased in issues related to career development and self-realization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our goal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This RICDOG program helps prepare young people for the challenges of today's rapidly changing environment, using innovative approaches and an effective learning process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
