Youth Work"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Goal:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project aims to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Raising awareness about inclusive education;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Encouraging youth work;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Developing the skills and competencies of youth workers using inclusive approaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Target group:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 countries are participating in the project:&nbsp;<strong>Georgia<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Estonia<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Poland<\/strong>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<strong>Armenia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three main events were held within the project:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Seminar and study visit to Armenia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants were introduced to modern approaches and practical examples of inclusive education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. <strong>Personal and professional development in Georgia:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trainings and practical sessions were held for youth workers, aimed at improving their skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. <strong>Interactive work on the topic \u201cInclusive Youth Work Methods\u201d:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ways to implement inclusive approaches in practice were discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Methodology and tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tools created within the project included the following issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Expanding the concept of inclusion and special needs:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The difference between integration and inclusion and their theoretical and practical benefits were discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Inclusion value system:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The values \u200b\u200band responsibilities associated with inclusive approaches were analyzed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Methods:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Best practices for inclusive work, assessing the needs of target groups and selecting appropriate methods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>The role and self-esteem of a youth worker:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The role of youth workers in inclusive settings was discussed, including the influence of their values \u200b\u200bon practical actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Additional materials:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Real-world examples from countries, best practices in inclusive youth work, resources, and support materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Partners:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project's partner organizations are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Tartu Noorsoot\u00f6\u00f6 Keskus<\/strong>&nbsp;(Estonia)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Research-Intellectual Club \u201cDialogue of Generations\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;(Georgia)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Fundacja ProFesjonalni Aktywni Qlturalni Mlodzi<\/strong>&nbsp;(Poland)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 <strong>Armavir Development Center<\/strong>&nbsp;(Armenia)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Financing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project is implemented with the financial support of the&nbsp;<strong>Erasmus+<\/strong>&nbsp;program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Importance and impact:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInclusive Youth Work\u201d promotes inclusive education and youth work development, brings together the experiences of four countries, and offers young people and youth workers innovative approaches, resources, and practical knowledge that can be used in their
