Volunteer Club

The goal of the RICDOG Volunteer Club is to promote a culture of volunteerism among young people, support the development of essential competencies, and create opportunities for gaining practical experience.

The program is open to young people from Kutaisi aged 14 to 29.

The program lasts three months, and its thematic focus varies. 

The program is carried out voluntarily by the organization, as it constitutes an institutional part of RICDOG. 

Skills developed throughout the process: teamwork, leadership, strategic thinking, results orientation, effective communication, active listening, presentation skills, information gathering and analysis, adaptability and flexibility in response to change, multitasking on diverse assignments, initiating and managing innovations, conflict management, attention to accuracy and detail, time management, and independent work.

The organization has been implementing the volunteer program since 2012.
