
Open self-government
Program Goal:
"Open self-government" is a gamified program that aims to strengthen the self-governance of school students and increase their involvement in both daily activities and the decision-making process at school.
Program objectives:
• Strengthening self-governments: Participants learn how to manage processes, plan activities, and participate in school decision-making.
• Increasing student engagement: The program encourages students to be actively involved in self-government activities.
• Implementation of initiatives: Local governments implement various projects and activities within the framework of the program.
• Gamified approach: Participants earn points in challenges, which makes the program interactive and motivating.
Activities:
The program includes:
• Trainings and workshops that help local governments develop new skills;
• Planning and implementing projects tailored to the needs of the school;
• Developing teamwork and leadership skills using innovative methods.
Duration:
The program is implemented over a period of 2 years, allowing participants to achieve profound and sustainable results.
Results:
• Increasing student engagement: Program participants will be actively involved in school self-government activities.
• Participation in the decision-making process: Local governments will be more actively involved in school management.
• Project implementation: Initiatives implemented within the framework of the program will contribute to the improvement of school life and the empowerment of students.
Our goal:
"Open Self-Government" promotes the development of students' leadership skills, strengthening their social responsibility, and establishing democratic principles in schools.
