Future Focus with RICDOG

Project goal:

Future Focus with RICDOG aims to develop key basic competencies and personal skills of young people aged 14 to 29, as well as raise their awareness on specific topics.

Participation and activities:

During the reporting period, the program hosted about 50 young people in three streams, each cycle covering the following topics:

1. Promoting the development of employability skills:

• Participants learned about the requirements of the employment market, learned how to write a CV and cover letter, and improved their interview skills.

2. Self Development:

• The program focused on increasing self-esteem, strengthening leadership skills, and promoting personal growth.

3. Active communication:

• Participants gained effective communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Duration:

Each cycle of the program lasted 3 months and was implemented several times with different topics.

Main results:

• Participants would gain practical knowledge and skills necessary for their professional and personal development.

• Participants' awareness increased in issues related to career development and self-realization.

Our goal:

This RICDOG program helps prepare young people for the challenges of today's rapidly changing environment, using innovative approaches and an effective learning process.
