RICDOG best members

The chairman of the Research-Intellectual Club “Dialogue of Generations” nominates the best member of the month throughout the year. In December, the founders chose the best member of the year from among the members nominated throughout the year, who is named “It Still Exists” at the charity event.

The Member of the Year Awards ceremony is held on a pre-selected date and consists of 4 main components:
 

• Announcing the best member of the year;
• Speeches by RICDOG members;
• Opening the star;
• Cutting the cake. 

Detailed description:

1. The space where the Best Member of the Year award ceremony is held is decorated with ceremony. The Best Member of the Year does not visit the space before the ceremony begins;
2. RICDOG Co-Founder, Chairman invites the Best Member of the Year, gives a speech and hands him a secret letter. The letter contains a special task that must be completed at the next Best Member of the Year award ceremony.
3. The Secretary General of the Research-Intellectual Club “Dialogue of Generations” delivers a speech and presents a specially made pen to the best member of the year. The pen has the name and surname of the best member of the year on it. 
4. RICDOG members who have collaborated/worked with the best member of the year throughout the year will deliver speeches and present symbolic gifts to them.
5. The best member of the past year gives a speech, completes a special assignment received from the founder the year before, and presents the best member of the year with a brooch. (The brooch was presented to the best member of the first year by the founder. It is presented to the best member of the new year from year to year.)
6. According to tradition, the star of the best member of the year is opened and the certificate is presented. The best member of the year leaves a fingerprint on the certificate with red paint.
7. The best member of the year cuts the cake. Each person present at the ceremony feeds one bite of the cake to the best member of the year and makes a specific wish. 
8. The award ceremony for the best member of the year will be broadcast online on the official Facebook page of the Research-Intellectual Club "Dialogue of Generations".
