Open Call for Young Leaders

Within the framework of the project “Act for Georgia: A strong and active civil society for change”, funded by the European Union (EU) and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation (KAS), an open competition is announced to select young leaders in 10 regions of Georgia. This initiative aims to strengthen the civic engagement of young people in the regions of Georgia, promote the implementation of inclusive and representative youth initiatives, identify the needs of local communities by young people, and participate in solving them. The selected young people will actively cooperate with regional civil society organizations, conduct youth initiatives (public meetings, discussions, community events, etc.), and prepare recommendations on youth issues within the framework of a ten-month paid program. What Role Do Young People Play? – RICDOG’s New Leadership Program

The Research-Intellectual Club “Dialogue of Generations” (RICDOG) is implementing a new innovative leadership program aimed at developing leadership skills among young people. In the TV-Radio Company “Rioni” program “Our Day”, RICDOG Secretary General Irakli Tevzadze introduced the concept and approaches of the new program to the public. Program name: “Epoch of Leaders” Approach: The program is based on innovative methods, including gamification and a youth activity model, which will help participants develop leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, and initiative management skills. “Era of Leaders” is an opportunity for young people who are ready to become drivers of change and active citizens.
