What Role Do Young People Play? – RICDOG’s New Leadership Program

The Research-Intellectual Club “Dialogue of Generations” (RICDOG) is implementing a new innovative leadership program aimed at developing leadership skills among young people. In the TV-Radio Company “Rioni” program “Our Day”, RICDOG Secretary General Irakli Tevzadze introduced the concept and approaches of the new program to the public. Program name: “Epoch of Leaders” Approach: The program is based on innovative methods, including gamification and a youth activity model, which will help participants develop leadership, critical thinking, teamwork, and initiative management skills. “Era of Leaders” is an opportunity for young people who are ready to become drivers of change and active citizens. RICDOG continues to empower youth and develop innovative programs to equip them with the knowledge and experience to create real change in their careers and communities.
