Membership
The Research-Intellectual Club "Dialogue of Generations" holds a membership reception on November 17th of each year, where members are elected for a one-year term.
Candidates for membership must undergo an individual interview (offline or online) with the founders. The candidate must have a recommendation from at least 1 current board member.
Everyone who meets the following criteria has a chance to gain membership status at the membership reception (the criteria may be changed by decision of the board members):
- All RICDOG Freelancers who have some kind of collaboration with the organization;
- Everyone who has participated in at least 2 projects and the total duration of the projects is at least 6 months;
- NLP program participants who have successfully completed the program;
- People who have helped the organization at various times and made special contributions;
The necessary requirements are:
- All interested persons who share the values of the organization;
- People aged 18+;
- A person who has a recommendation from any 1 current board member.
- According to the rules, all candidates for membership must undergo an individual interview with the founders.
- The maximum number of members is 20, including board members.
- The board members reserve the right to grant membership status to any person during the year. Taking into account the fact that the number of members does not exceed 20.
- Any person who receives the status of a graduate of the NLP program can receive membership status during the year.
- In exceptional cases, it is possible to grant membership status to persons under 18, if the board members/founders believe that they will be able to fulfill the assigned duties. The maximum number of minor members is 5.
- RICDOG members can be citizens of any nationality and country, residing in Georgia or outside the borders of Georgia, and their work area can be determined by both on-site and remote work.
